Your glasses have been meticulously inspected and pre-adjusted. Nevertheless, we recommend that you visit one of our stores to get a personalized adjustment to maximize your comfort and vision, always at no cost.

New glasses may require an adaptation period if there has been a change of frame, lens, prescription, or if this is your first time wearing glasses.

To facilitate your adaptation, we recommend that you wear your new glasses as often as possible. These possible side effects are temporary and could include headaches, dizziness, difficulty in judging distances (stairs, sidewalks, etc.), image distortion (be careful not to make sudden movements) or blurred vision. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Maintenance Tips Follow these tips to prevent breakage and scratches on your glasses:

- Do not expose your glasses to heat, intense steam or hairspray;

- Do not place your glasses with the lenses facing down;

- Do not put them in contact with corrosive products.

When you are not wearing your glasses, always store them in their case.

- Always clean your glasses using a soft cloth and a liquid specially designed for this purpose.
