SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Allow up to five (5) business days for handling your order before it is sent. It may take longer in certain cases.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

There are two shipping options.

CANADA POST SHIPPING

You can choose to have your purchase shipped to your home or another chosen address. 

Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ shipping: Up to five (5) business days, without any shipping date guarantee*

*This may vary according to the shipping address.

IMPORTANT:

The billing address must match that of your credit card address. If you order several items, they may be sent separately and on different dates.

FREE IN STORE PICK UP

You can also choose to pick up your purchase at our flagship Laurier Optical store located at

2-135 Main Street,

Ottawa, ON K1S 5V9

To do so, select “Store Pick-up” when asked for shipping method.

Note: This method is only available if you are located within a reasonable distance from the above store.

IMPORTANT:

You must present photo ID when picking up your order in store.

SHIPPING AND PICK-UP CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

If you choose Canada Post shipping, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. 

If you choose pick-up in store, you will receive an email confirming the store’s address where you will pick up your parcel. A store employee will call you to let you know that your order is ready for pick-up.

ORDER FOLLOW-UP

At any time, you can check your order status using the order number you received. 

You can track your order by logging in to your account on our website at www.laurieropticalshop.com.
